I added on more weight recently because of my fast food eating habits. I always preferred to meat and alcohols. Now i couldn't bear my co-workers teasing. I had gone lazy, sluggish and very slow in my activities. I knew i had done wrong and i am confident that i will reduce my weight naturally.
