		<description><![CDATA[<p>Compelling evidence exists, not only anecdotally, but from serious scientific research, that rudeness affects how people perform on routine and creative tasks, as well as how likely they are to help others. Although somewhat conservatively titled, his message hits a nerve with those of us who have suffered at the hands of the real thing.</p>
