Bully survey: only 14% terminated

The Workplace Bullying Institute (US) has just released the results of their latest survey of workplace bullying. In August 2007, the Institute conducted online interviews with a representative sample of nearly 8000 adults. Some very interesting findings emerged.

Bullying in the workplace does not need to be aggressive or overt to cause real distress to employees and sticky legal situations for employers. It can be much more subtle than that.
