Selection Reports

Selection is where the rubber hits the road. Get it wrong and it can cost up to two and a half times annual salary.

Job Fit Reports describe an individual’s core behavioural traits and cognitive reasoning speed in the context of various job categories and what affect they may have on performance in that type of job.

Unlike many assessment tools, Job Fit Reports do not just give you a generic profile. Scores are based on the specific job you are looking to fill. This is critical because every job requires a unique set of skills and attitudes. What is good for one position may be problematic for another.

Each Job Fit Report gives you:

  • Graphic representation of how high or low an individual ranks in each of the key assessment areas
  • Written summaries of strengths and weaknesses
  • Interview questions to learn more about the areas of concern uncovered by the assessment
  • A rating of how candid and honest the candidate was in answering the test questions
  • This means you get more of the answers you need to know.
  • A job category benchmark (overall degree of fit)

More than fifty job category templates are available to assist you. Some of the basic job category reports and interview questions that are available are:

Administrative Driving Call Centre
Construction Worker Financial Management
Engineering Industrial Customer Service
Artistic Human Resources Warehousing
Food Services Project Manager Recruiter
Information Technology Sales Clerk Consultant
Persuasive Sales Retail Sales Telemarketing Sales

Alternatively, you may choose an industry specific selection report such as AutoCLUES, HealthCLUES, HospitalityCLUES, PropertyCLUES, SalonCLUES or Gaming.

Attitude Reports highlight the honesty and integrity of candidates. They graph and describe areas of concerns, and provide follow-up interview questions to those items answered in a counter-productive manner.
