SalesMax has two reports: a Selection Report and a Development Report.

The Selection Report should be used along with other candidate information such as previous record, interview impressions and reference checking. It has been designed to be used early in the employment selection process, after initial screening, but before the employment interview. The selection report provides many interview questions to help validate the Salesmax results.

The Development Report provides successful candidates or current incumbents with insights into the assets and limitations of their personality, sales knowledge and sales motivation, and how they impact on their sales potential. It provides developmental suggestions, book lists, tapes and online resources, and concludes with a developmental action plan. The Development Report is ideal as feedback for those who went through the initial selection process with SalesMax, or as a coaching tool for poor performers, or as a training device in team seminars.
