A comprehensive assessment and 360-degree feedback provide detailed data about personal effectiveness that allows the executive to create a personalised plan for growth. This plan focuses on sustaining or improving job effectiveness. Our coaches provide on-going support to assist the executive to implement the plan, overcome obstacles and achieve lasting results.

Evidence-based coaching is a way of distinguishing professional practice grounded in proven science versus the simplistic, unproven coaching approach popularised by the many coaching associations and coach training providers engaged in mass-marketing to a primarily uneducated marketplace.
