To better support the use of Assess Professional in your organisation, we have web-based resource sites which are hot-linked from the Assess reports.

The Development Report directs the respondent to a Career Development Site for employees to assist with report interpretation, goal setting and action planning. If permission has been granted, employees may also view their reports on-line.

It also directs the manager to a managerial web site to help in the coaching and individual development of participants.
