One part of successfully choosing the best candidate for a position is knowing what level of abilities the candidate will bring to the job. ASSESS is designed to integrate seven different ability tests, a feature that is unique to our system. Depending upon the requirements of the position and the time available for testing, a candidate may be given any combination of these tests.

Ability Results

This section of the report describes the personality implications of the respondent's results on the various competencies.

Respondent scores falling in the green range indicate areas of strength or 'fit' with the competency. Scores falling in the red or yellow zones indicate areas of concern. Follow-up interview probes are provided for each area highlighted as a potential concern.

Ability Results

Competency-based Selection Reports also contain Interview Guides with special probe questions based on respondent results. Interview Guide questions can be customised for your organisation.

Interview Guide

If the candidate is hired, additional suggestions to guide management are provided. Each of the management suggestions identifies a potential problem area for the candidate and recommends an approach to optimising his/her effectiveness on the job.

The ASSESS Development Report provides even more detailed feedback to the individual.
