Highlights:

• Team Type Table — Allows you to see which personality types are most common and the level of similarity or difference within the team.
• Team Tendencies — identifies the likely Global dimension strengths, potential blind spots, and suggestions for improvement to get your team focused on what is important.
• Team Leader Similarity — displays all Global and Facet scores for all members, the team leader and the team average.

Please note: The Team Report is derived from the Individual Reports of your team members that are purchased independently from our online store. Your choice of label for the individual report (J/P vs A/Z) is important as the Team Report is only available in A/Z format and can only be produced from A/Z individual reports. An Individual Report purchase includes a feedback session with our psychologist, which takes about 30 minutes. Following your purchase, you will receive instructions on how to complete the assessment online. When we deliver your reports, we will advise how to make an appointment for your online feedback sessions. However, feedback sessions are unnecessary if the purchaser of a Team Report is an accredited user of the Golden Personality Type Profiler or has contracted with Assess Systems to conduct a workshop.
